IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Exhibition must be approved by ITPO or concern Ministry, Govt. of India.
- ATA Carnet, Bank Guarantee or Embassy Bond is required for clearing exhibition Goods without payment of Duty.
- The custom examinations are held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for Exhibits Temporery/Permanent Clearance.
- Reasonable quantity of Brochure are exempted for payment of Duty.
- Goods can stay in India for Six Months from the day of closing of the Show under B/G and from day of import for ATA Carnet.
- Transit Bond and Transit insurance is required to move Cargo from Mumbai to Delhi by truck.
- Proforma of Bank Guarantee or Embassy bond can be supplied on request.
- All giveaways are dutiable.
- Custom duty is applicable on Assassable value and value assessed by custom authorities.
